Submission should be for an end-to-end digital service delivered in the most distinctive way, with the highest level of quality, enabling the public to do transactions completely online without the need to visit government offices. 

Best Digital Service will be evaluated based on the following criteria: 

  • Public needs for the service – Individuals (citizens, residents, or visitors) and/or Businesses
  • Quality of service
  • Transactions’ volume of service
  • Utilization rate
  • Delivery of benefits
  • User experience and ease-of-use
  • Technology aspects
  • Customer Satisfaction
